- Main Responsibilities:
Corporate Culture Development
- Culture Initiatives: Develop and implement initiatives that promote a positive corporate culture, ensuring alignment with the company’s mission, vision, and values.
- Engagement Programs: Plan and organize engagement activities, including team-building events, recognition programs, and employee feedback sessions.
- Design and develop internal communication plans and communicate necessary information to everyone.
Recruitment Support
- End-to-End Recruitment: Manage recruitment efforts for various roles, from job posting and candidate sourcing to interviewing, selection, and onboarding.
- Talent Acquisition: Build and maintain a pipeline of potential candidates through networking, partnerships, and proactive sourcing.
- Building and developing employer branding
Administrative Support
- Office Administration: Oversee daily administrative operations, including office supplies management, vendor relations, and facility upkeep.
- HR Documentation: Ensure accurate record-keeping, including employee files, contracts, and compliance documentation.
- Compliance: Support HR compliance initiatives, ensuring policies align with legal regulations and company standards.
Key Requirements:
- At least 2 -3 years experience in HR position
- Familiarity with finance, banking, or lending industries is a plus;
- Familiarity with HR-related laws and regulations;
- Organizational skills
- Good verbal and written communication skills
Salary and Benefits:

Working location and schedule:
- Working time: Monday - Friday, 9:00 AM - 6:00 PM (1 hour for lunch break)
